Maxime Trijol

Since 1859, in the heart of the Cognac region

Cognac Maxime Trijol

It was in 1859 in the heart of the Cognac region, at Saint-Martial-sur-Né, that the first still of the Maxime Trijol house was installed.

Today, the house has 22 to 25 hectolitres. Maxime Trijol is characterised by the fact that it cultivates its own vines in addition to the distillation and ageing work. The house thus controls all the stages of the Cognac production chain: vine cultivation, distillation, ageing and bottling.

A philosophy of excellence that has been handed down from generation to generation.

The Trijol Family vineyard extends over the 2 most prestigious crus of the 78,000 hectares of Cognac vineyards: Grande and Petite Champagne. The main grape variety grown is Ugni-Blanc.
