In 2006, the Philbert brothers, Xavier and Pierre-Olivier, took over the family property and created their own brand, bringing boldness and innovation, while preserving the heritage of past generations.
They were among the first to offer the "rare cask finish"; after ageing in French oak barrels, the eaux-de-vie benefit from a few months in barrels containing other spirits... Sauternes, Sherry, etc... thus giving them a "finish".
