Giboin

2 vineyards, 2 terroirs! Giboin Cognacs are spread over the Borderies and Fins Bois

Cognac Giboin

2 wine estates joined together in 1953 thanks to the marriage of the grandparents, Anne-Marie Lambert, from Hermitage, and Michel Giboin, from Apremont.

The Lambert family owned land in the Borderies following the division of land among the region's peasants during the French Revolution in 1789.

The Giboin family, bourgeois distillers from the South Charente, who were hit hard by the phylloxera epidemic in 1870.

The Borderies terroir's eaux-de-vie are rich, gourmand and floral.

The Fins Bois terroir brings minerality, suppleness and aromas of freshly pressed fruit.
