This cognac from the Grande Champagne region is aged in new oak barrels for the first few years, then in old barrels.
Description
Dark brown color, brilliant and dense.
Very rich with aromas of Limousin oak, undergrowth, mint, cigar box, flowers.
The palate is fine, chic and distinguished, presence of rose petals, licorice, candied angelica, with a balsamic side. Fine tannins, impressive fullness with a strong Charentais rancio.
Unfiltered.
Extraordinary and persistent length in the mouth.
