On the nose, superb expression of Borderies: iris, violet, but also candied fruit (tangerines, apricots). More mineral notes in the second nose, tertiary first notes, beautiful tension.

In the mouth, the attack is frank and ample, we understand immediately that it is a great Cognac. The development is without appeal, its creamy texture is supported by the precise and floral aromas of hillside Borders.

The finish is very long, and ends with racy notes of red fruits.
