• Composed of 2/3 of grape juice and 1/3 of Cognac (approximately, the exact percentage is our secret), blended just after the grape harvesting
• Aged in oak barrels more than 18 month after the blend
• Aromas of fresh fruit with hints of honey, pleasantly sweet...
• To be tasted cool as an aperitif, with some desserts (fresh fruit tart, fruit salad, vanilla cream...) or with a goose liver paté.
