Cognac with silky candied fruit notes. At Rémy Martin, each cellar is unique.  Cellar No.28 is characterised by its optimal ageing conditions and by the predominance of old casks, which confer appealing candied fruit notes to the cognac. Due to their position fully underground, certain of our cellars are the true favourites of our Cellar Masters. It is here that they have always placed their finest eaux-de-vie, those with the greatest ageing potential, that are able to benefit from the almost constant humidity and temperature. Using mostly old casks is essential to impart to the eaux-de-vie silky notes of candied fruit. The unique aromatic style of Cellar No.28 celebrates the craft a truly exceptional cognac.
