ORGANIC COGNAC
Our flagship ingredient, Cognac, has been sourced with the highest standards of quality. Choosing it from organic farming means that the preservation of the environment - in particular the soil, water sources and biodiversity - is at the heart of our considerations throughout its conception.
Traditionally distilled by the Distillerie du Peyrat, a pioneer in the production of organic cognac for over 25 years, it has been aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of two years before meeting the sweetness of canelé.
ORGANIC CANELÉ
The canelé, with its emblematic notes of rum and vanilla, intoxicates us with greed and it is quite natural that we wanted to associate it with the character of Cognac.
True to our environmental and anti-waste commitment, our organic canelé is produced by a great Bordeaux house. It is infused with vanilla and rum before joining the nobility of Cognac.
QUATRE-HEURES can be enjoyed as an aperitif, a gourmet coffee, a digestif or a cocktail!
