• Composed of approximately 2/3 of grape juice and 1/3 of Cognac, blended just after the grape harvesting
• Aged in oak barrels more than 5 years after the blend
• Plums and pear aromas, with some dried fruit hints (nut, hazelnut,)
• To be tasted pretty cool as an aperitif, but also a matchless dessert wine (vanilla cream, crème brulée, Tatin tart, white chocolate...) or as well with a goose liver pate.
